Terms and Conditions of the VINhistoria.pl Online Store

§ 1 Preliminary Provisions
The online store VINhistoria.pl, available at https://vinhistoria.pl, is operated by Mekko Remigiusz Biłocha, conducting business activity with a registered office at Przybyszewskiego 68/80, 30-128 Kraków, Poland. VAT ID (NIP): 5532066999.
These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both Consumers and Business Clients using the Store and define the rules for using the online store as well as the terms and procedure for concluding Sales Agreements for digital products.
§ 2 Definitions
Consumer – a natural person who enters into a contract with the Seller within the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Seller – Mekko Remigiusz Biłocha, operating under business activity with a registered office at Morsztynowska 1/2, 31-029 Kraków, Poland.
Client – any entity making purchases via the Store.
Store – the online store operated by the Seller at https://vinhistoria.pl.
Digital Product – a file or digital content that is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller, available for download after payment.
Distance Agreement – an agreement concluded with the Client as part of an organised system of concluding agreements at a distance, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using exclusively means of distance communication.
§ 3 Contact with the Store

The Client may contact the Seller electronically to obtain support or information.
§ 4 Technical Requirements
To use the Store, including browsing the offer and placing orders for Digital Products, the following are required:
- A device with internet access.
- An installed and up-to-date web browser.
- An active email account.
- Software capable of reading PDF files or other digital formats offered by the Store.
§ 5 General Information
The Seller makes every effort to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Store but shall not be liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, technical failures, or third-party actions.
Browsing the Store’s offer does not require an account. Purchasing Digital Products is possible after providing the necessary personal data and making a payment.
All prices listed in the Store are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN).
§ 6 Ordering Process
To place an order:
- Choose a Digital Product from the Store and click the “Buy Now” button.
- Fill in the order form with the required information.
- Select one of the available payment methods.
- After completing the payment, the Client will receive an email confirming the purchase and a download link to the Digital Product.
§ 7 Payments
The Client may choose from the following payment methods:
- BLIK
- Debit/Credit Card
- Instant transfer (processed by Montonio)
Payment must be completed before the Digital Product is made available.
§ 8 Order Fulfilment
Access to the purchased Digital Product will be provided within 24 hours of payment being credited to the Seller’s account.
The Digital Product will be delivered via a download link sent to the email address provided in the order.
§ 9 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Client is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract if it concerns the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the Client’s express consent before the withdrawal period has expired.
By placing an order, the Client agrees to the immediate execution of the contract, which excludes the right of withdrawal.
§ 10 Complaints
In case of technical issues accessing the purchased Digital Product, the Client should immediately contact the Seller at info@vinhistoria.pl.
The complaint should include a description of the problem and information necessary to identify the order (e.g., order number).
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 working days of receipt.
§ 11 Personal Data
The Seller is the data controller of the Clients’ personal data.
Personal data is processed for order fulfilment purposes and in accordance with the Store’s Privacy Policy.
The Client has the right to access, correct, delete their data, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
§ 12 Final Provisions
All rights to the Online Store, including economic copyrights, intellectual property rights to its name, domain, website, forms, logos, product descriptions, and all content published on the site, belong to the Seller.
Use of the Store by Clients does not transfer any rights to the aforementioned elements.
It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Store without prior written consent from the Seller.
All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on the website are the property of their respective owners.
The use of these names, logos, and brands is for identification purposes only and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation with the Seller.
